FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the Vertical Village cooperative model.

Is this an individual lot sale?

No. Vertical Village is a shared land participation project. Participants acquire an interest under the project's contractual and trust structure in relation to the collectively held land, not a separately titled individual lot today.

What do 300 sqm, 450 sqm and 600 sqm mean?

These are land-share participation categories representing intended potential future lot sizes. They are not presently separately titled lots.

Is the 120-lot subdivision approved?

No. The approximately 120-lot layout is a concept masterplan only and is subject to planning, engineering and authority approvals (STCA).

Is capital growth guaranteed?

No. Future land values, capital growth and investment returns cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Can I sell or transfer my interest?

Exit and transfer options are available subject to the conditions, timing, fees and requirements contained in the applicable project documents.

Should I get independent advice?

Yes. Participants are encouraged to obtain independent legal, financial and taxation advice before participating.
