Exit Options
Clear, structured pathways to exit the project — from the early stages through to profitable post-settlement exits.
Five Exit Strategies
We understand circumstances change. That's why every shareholder has clear, structured pathways to exit the project — from the early stages through to profitable post-settlement exits.
The Freezing Zone
To keep discipline and workflow within normal range, every shareholder must remain with the project during two specific periods. Even if you notify us of your intention to exit during these windows, we will not facilitate any exit activity — because it is not yet even six months of the journey or it is only six months towards settlement.
After joining — no exit activity facilitated.
Options 1–3 available between freezing zones.
Before settlement (Mar 2029) — no exit activity.
Admin Charge Exit
$10,000 admin fee · Refund in max 13 weeks
After the first 6 months and before the final 6 months before settlement, you can exit at any time. We retain $10,000 as project running and admin charges and refund the remaining balance to you within a maximum of 13 weeks.
Sell to a New Shareholder
$1,200 exit fee · You set the price, buyer & terms
We provide you with a list of potential leads and try on your behalf to sell the share to someone else. However, the price, the buyer, and the timing are all solely decided by you — you can sell to anyone you like, at any price you like, on any terms you like.
Once the new shareholder pays you directly, we update the system — adding the new shareholder and removing your name. For this service, the outgoing shareholder pays only a $1,200 exit fee.
Wait for Settlement — Full Refund
Zero loss · Full refund within 13 weeks of settlement
If you don't want to lose any money due to an early exit, you can simply wait for us to settle the land in March 2029.
After settlement, you receive a full refund of every dollar you paid — without losing a single dollar. The refund is processed within 13 weeks from the land settlement date.
Post-Settlement Profitable Exit
6%–10% annual growth · 8% standard median
After settlement, anyone can exit with profitability of 6% to 10% per year, with the standard median growth calculated at 8% per year. You receive your full principal plus the increase in land value, assessed at the time of exit based on market performance.
Properties in strategic locations like ours, free of common issues, never go backward in value — they grow at least 6% and onward. See the projection table below.
Buy Back Option
Illustrative post-settlement land value growth scenarios
Land in strategic growth corridors rarely moves backward in value, particularly in high-potential locations like Bringelly, where the new Western Sydney International Airport and Bradfield City are rapidly transforming the region. As infrastructure, residential communities, and commercial developments continue to expand, land values are expected to grow steadily over time. Historically, land in and around Bringelly has shown annual growth trends of approximately 6% to 10%, sometimes even more. The value of your land share will grow each year with zero maintenance and no ongoing expenses.
The tables below demonstrate the projected growth of your investment over the five years following settlement in 2029, based on the standard median annual growth estimated of variable 8% (non-compounded). For example, after settlement you decide to exit from the project and sell your 300 sqm share — you may sell to anyone. If you are unable to sell your share at your expected price, then the company may buy back your share based on the projected values outlined in the tables below.
| Growth Scenario | Share Value | Year 1 / 2030 | Year 2 / 2031 | Year 3 / 2032 | Year 4 / 2033 | Year 5 / 2034 |

| 6% Annually | $190,000 | $201,400 | $212,800 | $224,200 | $235,600 | $247,000 |
| 7% Annually | $190,000 | $203,300 | $216,600 | $229,900 | $243,200 | $256,500 |

| 9% Annually | $190,000 | $207,100 | $224,200 | $241,300 | $258,400 | $275,500 |
| 10% Annually | $190,000 | $209,000 | $228,000 | $247,000 | $266,000 | $285,000 |
Non-compounded growth: Values are calculated as simple (non-compound) annual growth on the original share value. The 8% column is highlighted as the standard median growth rate. Actual growth is assessed at exit based on market performance — projected range 6%–10% per annum. These figures are illustrative only and do not constitute a guaranteed return, valuation, or financial advice.
All exit figures and growth projections are indicative only and subject to formal project documentation. Growth rates are not guaranteed and depend on market performance at the time of exit. The freezing zone policy applies to all shareholders to maintain project discipline.
