Born from a Shared Dream
Vertical Village began when a group of forward-thinking individuals recognised that traditional property markets were leaving many Australians behind. Rather than competing for individual lots at ever-rising prices, we asked: what if we pooled our resources and built something together?
The result is a cooperative land participation model in Bringelly, NSW — a structure where participants collectively share in the ownership and development of premium land, with shared amenities and community facilities that no individual purchase could match.
Please note: Vertical Village is a shared land participation project. We do not presently sell separately titled individual lots. Participants acquire an interest under the project's contractual and trust structure in relation to the collectively held land.
